Give the Gift of Dining In
For online gift card orders, we offer two options:
you can send the lucky recipient a customized printed card with their SUGARFISH gift card or you can send a personalized email to let them know that the gift card is on its way. (Please note that all gift cards purchased online will be sent via USPS to the mailing address(es) provided during checkout.)
Gift Cards can be purchased using non-US Bank credit cards from overseas but we do not ship internationally.
Of course, you can also purchase your gift cards during your next visit to any of our SUGARFISH locations in Los Angeles as well as New York City.
FAQ
Can I use the gift card for To-Go orders?
A. Our gift cards can be used when placing a to-go order in person at our restaurant or when dining in is available and possible. The cards are not compatible with our online portals Postmates and SUGARFISH Mobile.
Can I use the gift card to dine at KazuNori or Nozawa Bar?
A. SUGARFISH gift card ONLY at any SUGARFISH locations in Southern California or New York. Gift cards for Nozawa Bar and KazuNori are available for purchase at their respective locations or online.
What are your RETURN policies?
A. SUGARFISH gift cards purchased cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Please contact us if you have concerns or issues regarding a purchase.
Will the gift card I got prior to 2017 still be honored?
A. Of course! We migrated all of the gift card numbers from our old gift card system to the new system, so your balance is now in the current system. In order to use your gift card balance, you’ll need to bring a printed copy to the restaurant and present it to your server who will look up your balance in our system and adjust your bill accordingly.
Do you honor Giftly Cards ?
A. We do not support Giftly or any other similar gift card services. The only gift cards valid at our restaurants are the one issued directly by us or by our partner QuickGifts.

Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
