    The current version of the "Don’t Think. Just Eat." is the closest to the original Sushi Nozawa Studio City's Trust Me — starting with tuna sashimi like all of our "Trust Me's" do, but featuring all nigiri as two pieces and as often as possible, highlighting melt in your mouth bites like albacore nigiri and toro nigiri when available, as well as the original preparations for sea bream (with shiso).
