On Outdoor Dining and Reopening Dining Room
Over the past year, we have contemplated every detail of our restaurant operations through the lens of safeguarding the health of our guests and staff, and our management teams have worked diligently to create a detailed re-opening process. Upon news of the lockdown in March of 2020, we established an in-house COVID-19 task force to ensure that we meet or exceed all guidelines set by the NYC and State Health Departments.
We have listed below the many additional new practices and protocols we have implemented; most involve expanded cleaning and sanitization processes or new procedures to adhere to social distancing protocols, as outlined by the CDC and
New York City Indoor Dining Reopening Guide. As more information becomes available, we will continue to adapt our operations to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. Additionally, should the need arise, we have developed protocols for emergency shut-down procedures for our restaurants. As always, the health and well-being of our guests and staff is our first priority.
